Ethiopian to begin flying to Kano

Ethiopian Airlines has announced the commencement of four weekly flights to Kano, Nigeria, starting on 24 May.

The flights to Kano will be Ethiopian’s fourth destination in Nigeria, in addition to Lagos, Abuja and Enugu, and will operate on Mondays, Wednesdays, Fridays and Saturdays.

Flight ET0931 will depart Addis Ababa at 08h40 and arrive in Kano at 12h05. The return flight, ET0930, will leave Kano at 13h55 and land in Addis Ababa at 20h25.

With the start of operations to Kano, the airline will offer 20 weekly flights to and from its four Nigerian destinations, linking passengers to the Middle East, Europe, Asia and the Americas.

Kano will be the airline’s 49th African and 81st international destination.
