FAIRMONT MOUNT KENYA SAFARI CLUB

Nestled in the lush foothills of Mount Kenya, and with a history as rich and evocative as the surrounding landscape, the Fairmont Mount Kenya Safari Club offers a unique meetings experience on the Equator. Personalized conference arrangements can be made for groups small and large in four elegant meeting spaces which can accommodate up to 300 delegates. The meeting rooms are well lit with natural light and provide internet connectivity, audio-visual equipment, adjustable light settings and air-conditioning. There is also ample room on the 100 acres of property for outdoor events and activities.

The resort’s 120 luxuriously appointed hotel rooms offer a unique blend of comfort, relaxation and adventure. The rooms in the main structure reflects the 1950’s colonial architectural design with a luxury country club feel, with views of either Mount Kenya or the expansive gardens. There are also a number of freestanding cottages on the grounds, including founder member William Holden’s chalet.

The hotel offers a unique experience in its Equatorial Suite, not because of the unobstructed views of Mount Kenya, but rather because it is strategically located along the equator.  FAIRMONT MARA SAFARI CLUB

On the edge of Kenya’s Masai Mara, one of the New Seven Wonders of the World, the Fairmont Mara Safari Club is the epitome of tented luxury. The 50 tents are furnished with four poster, pillow-top beds, verandas overlooking the hippo- and crocodile-filled river and private bathrooms including outdoor showers in select tents. The larger-sized accommodations also feature expanded decks which allow for private dining, a new service on offer.

Meals are served at the indoor restaurant at the main Masai Mara lodge at the centre of, which also houses a bar and library with internet access. A spacious outdoor deck hangs over the river and leads to a swimming pool, complete with bar and private massage tents.

Fairmont Mara Safari Club offers a unique safari meeting experience with 119 square meters of meeting space in a conference tent with audio-visual equipment and w-fi connectivity to meet the needs of 21st century delegate. The canvas meeting room seats up to 100 guests theatre format. For an outdoor experience, the Maasai Boma function area is the perfect choice, while bush dinners and sundowner cocktails on Aitong Hills in the vast Savannah plains can be easily arranged.
