Air France used an A380 between France and Abidjan, Cote d’Ivoire, to fly passengers attending the International Forum for Investments conference and wants to make regular use of the A380 on this route for the rest of its winter season. After Johannesburg, Abidjan will become the second destination on the African continent to be served by the Air France superjumbo.
Air France has strengthened its presence in Abidjan by increasing its capacity, with ten instead of seven weekly flights and a larger choice of flight schedules for customers.
The Air France A380, with a capacity of 516 seats, offers four cabin classes: La Première (9 seats), Business (80 seats), Premium Economy (38 seats) and Economy (389 seats). This Airbus is already a new benchmark in terms of air transport and the environment. Besides unparalleled comfort in a cabin with exceptional dimensions, it offers a low noise level on board and uses less fuel, thereby reducing CO2 emissions.
