Air Seychelles will enhance its non-stop regional service to Johannesburg with a fourth weekly frequency as part of a network adjustment for the summer 2016 season.

The new service will be introduced on 19 March and is scheduled to be operated on Saturdays, to complement the existing service on Wednesdays, Fridays and Sundays.

The Wednesday and Saturday services will be operated by an Airbus A320 aircraft, increasing weekly seat capacity by 19%, while the Friday and Sunday services will use an Airbus A330.

Flight HM061 departs the Seychelles at 09h25 and lands in Johannesburg at 12h35. The return flight, HM060, leaves Johannesburg at 14h00 and arrives in the Seychelles at 20h55.

As part of the network efficiency development strategy, the airline’s Dar es Salaam service will be discontinued after 12 March. All customers who are scheduled to fly on the Dar es Salaam route beyond that date will be re-accommodated on other flights and will be notified of the changes to their itineraries.
