According to eTNW, Air Zimbabwe is preparing to launch domestic operations to Masvingo and Buffalo Range.
The airline also plans to launch regional routes to Lusaka (Zambia) and Dar es Salaam (Tanzania) as early as the end of March.
In an interview with the Zimbabwean newspaper The Herald last week, Air Zimbabwe Public Relations Manager Shingai Taruvinga said that the airline aims to increase capacity this year through the introduction of new routes and by beefing up its equipment, including the reintroduction of its 150-seater Airbus, which is likely to be used on the Harare-Johannesburg route.
