According to Aviation Tribune, EgyptAir Express will launch a new service between the Egyptian cities of Sharm El-Sheik and Luxor, with two weekly flights, starting on 16 December.
The new service will operate on Tuesdays and Thursdays. The flight is scheduled to depart from Sharm El-Sheikh at 08h30, arriving in Luxor at 09h20, and the return flight is scheduled to depart at 18h55, arriving in Sharm El-Sheik at 19h45.
The flights will be operated with Embraer 170 aircraft.
EgyptAir Express is a scheduled domestic and regional airline established in May 2006, and is a subsidiary of EgyptAir Holding. It was launched to improve domestic services and compete in regional short-haul markets.
The company’s main base and major operations are at Cairo International Airport, with a smaller base at Nozha Airport in Alexandria. The fleet consists of 12 Embraer 170s.
