Etihad Airways has strengthened its presence in East Africa with the launch of new services between Abu Dhabi (UAE) and Entebbe (Uganda).
Operated by a two-class Airbus A320 aircraft with 16 Business class and 120 Economy class seats, the new service will provide business and leisure travellers with four weekly direct flights between Entebbe and Abu Dhabi.
The new service also provides convenient access to the nearby Ugandan capital of Kampala. Uganda has a total population of nearly 40 million, and is the world’s second most populous landlocked country after Ethiopia.
Flight EY645 departs Abu Dhabi at 07h50 and arrives in Entebbe at 12h50 on Mondays, Wednesdays, Fridays and Sundays. Return flight EY646 leaves Uganda at 13h40 and lands in Abu Dhabi at 20h35.
