Gambia Bird to launch Nigeria service

According to eTurboNews, Gambian airline Gambia Bird is set to begin flight operations into Murtala Muhammed International Airport, Lagos, Nigeria, from 30 March.

The airline plans to negotiate interline agreements with Nigerian carriers for the distribution of passengers on domestic routes from the West African Coast.

Gambia Bird air fares are expected be competitive and affordable.

The airline has amassed a fair-sized fleet in the year in which it has been in operation. Its major focus is on the West Africa sub-region, with some flights operating into Europe.
