According to eTurboNews, Kenya Airways is returning to Zanzibar next week.
Zanzibar’s hospitality industry was reportedly enthusiastic about the prospect of having Kenya Airways return to the island with five flights a week, as more seats should translate into more visitors for the Spice Island. The aircraft to be used on the route will be a two-class Embraer E190.
In addition to Zanzibar, KQ will launch flights to Nigeria’s capital city of Abuja, followed by Paris, France, where the airline’s new B787 Dreamliner will enter commercial service after a series of demonstration flights for invited guests and media representatives.
