In an effort to provide customers with an improved and more intuitive booking experience, Avis Rent a Car Southern Africa has launched a new website with an enhanced responsive design for a multi-device customer experience.
The new-look website at www.avis.co.za creates a more enriched customer experience as it facilitates a faster, more efficient and simpler booking process, with ease of navigation.
“The booking process has been improved, as it has become easier and faster for customers to sign in and have their details prepopulated during the booking process. The mobile booking process is also seamless, and adjusts to screen size, and future reservations can be viewed on the user’s online profile,” said Rainer Gottschick, Chief Executive of Avis Rent a Car Southern Africa.
This clean user interface comes with the new process of a basket system that allows Avis customers to add and pay for counter products up front with their rental. Customers are also able to retrieve their invoices and update their Avis Preferred Service details online. They can also book their cars from any smart device, keep track of reservations, rentals and their loyalty status.
