Travel Data Solution is currently being used by the South African Department of Defence, which has listed several reasons for their choice of product and how it has made their lives easier:

  • The fact that it allows the travel agent to reconcile the transactions they have processed with the transactions on the Absa statement
  • Invoice numbers, as generated by the travel agent, can be linked to the transactions on the statement
  • Payments made by means of the Invoices Administration System can be linked to the payment of individual transactions on the statement
  • Account holders can thus be provided with outstanding transactions, which would otherwise have not been possible
