What solutions does your company offer corporate clients?

We have dedicated account officers and can advise them on the best route to most places at a most favourable cost. We can issue tickets to almost anywhere from here and make hotel reservations. We also assist with visas, tours and packages to most places. We are a ‘one-stop shop’ for our clients.

What does your company pride itself on?

The fact that we satisfy all our customers’ travel needs. Most times, our customers know that their issues will be resolved when they come to us. This results in us getting a lot of referrals and has grown our business a great deal.

What distinguishes you from your competitors?

The fact that we go the extra mile, we are available 24/7, and even when I am out of the country, clients can reach me if they need to talk to me.

What are some of your challenges?

The fact that online bookings offer cheaper fares can sometimes be frustrating with some of the airlines, but I don’t believe that there is too much of a market for that in Nigeria.

How have you remained competitive?

We thank God that we have managed to survive in a very competitive industry. A lot of our clients believe in us and have stuck with us through thick and thin. They know that their problems are solved with us, so we have a fairly loyal customer base.

What are your ambitions for the year?

Our ambition is to grow our customer base, which trickles down to the bottom line. We would like to add a couple more corporates, whom we are targeting, and we hope that this will reflect in our revenue. We also want to expand our services and increase revenue from sources other than ticket sales. We have introduced cruises to our services and we intend to market this well, as a lot of our clients are unaware that we provide this service.
