SAA flies Accra-Washington

South African Airways has launched its inaugural flight between Accra (Ghana) and Washington DC in North America. The first flight departed from Kotoka International Airport on 2 August at 22h45.
The new route strengthens SAA’s presence in West Africa.
Furthermore, the airline’s frequent flyer programme, SAA Voyager, in partnership with Ecobank in Ghana, has announced the launch of the first ever co-branded Gold and Platinum SAA Voyager credit cards within Ghana.
SAA has also concluded a commercial co-operation agreement with Africa World Airlines, the Ghanaian domestic carrier, which will offer customers further connections into West Africa.
