According to eTurboNews, the Seychelles will receive flights from the Sri Lakan low-cost airline Mihin Lanka, starting in November.

Mihin Lanka will commence flights between Colombo and Mahe on 16 November, using an Airbus A320 configured in a single class cabin. Initially there will be two weekly flights between the islands. The airline will be operating a codeshare with Sri Lankan Airlines, the country’s national carrier.

This will permit passengers travelling from Mahe to Colombo to connect to a large number of destinations in India and beyond to the South and Far East.

Mihin Lanka flights scheduled for Wednesdays and Saturdays will depart Colombo at 13h30 and arrive in Mahe at 16h10, while the return flight will depart Mahe at 17h10 and arrive in Colombo at 23h00.
