Travelport launches new Live Chat service

Travelport has launched a new Live Chat service on the MyTravelport customer portal.

MyTravelport is Travelport’s customer portal for information, services and support.

It can be accessed from any device, at any time, from anywhere, in multiple languages.

With the launch of Live Chat, instead of calling or emailing the help desk, customers can instant message the Travelport support team.

Once the chat is finished, a summary is sent to the customer via email.

MyTravelport enables clients to:

  • Chat with the helpdesk
  • Submit and track any incidents (support requests)
  • Access knowledge base articles
  • Access MyLearning to book Travelport classroom training and online courses
  • Access answers to FAQs
  • View service alerts, news and events
  • Create shortcuts, favourite answers and reset passwords
  • View and download fact sheets
  • View best practice guide
