According to breakingnewstravel, Turkish Airlines has announced additional flights from Istanbul to Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia from 25 April. This will make the airline the world’s fourth largest flight network, with 222 destinations in 99 countries.

Beginning later this month, roundtrip flights between Istanbul and Kuala Lumpur will be operated three times a week on Mondays, Thursdays and Saturdays. Flights between the two cities will be increased to four times weekly, with the addition of a Wednesday flight beginning 17 June. The addition of this destination also means that Turkish Airlines passengers coming from UK airports (London Heathrow, London Gatwick, Birmingham, Manchester and Edinburgh), will now be able to reach Kuala Lumpur via Istanbul.
