Turkish Airlines starts flights to Freetown

Turkish Airlines has launched flights to Freetown, the capital of Sierra Leone.

The service between Freetown’s Lungi International Airport and Istanbul Atatürk International Airport operates on Tuesdays and Saturdays via Ouagadougou.

Freetown is Turkish Airlines’ 52nd destination on the continent and joins other West African hubs like Accra, Lagos, Bamako, Conakry, Dakar, Abidjan, Cotonou, Douala and Yaounde on the list of airports that it serves globally.
